Day 1 - Danang Airport : Landing in Da Nang: A Smooth Transition from Chaos to Calm   At 9 pm, our plane touched down in Da Nang, Vietnam. The landing was butter-smooth, a huge thanks to our skilled Filipino pilot! Even the disembarkation was a breeze. Buses were waiting, ready to whisk us away. Stepping onto the runway, I noticed it was surprisingly dark for an international airport, but that was a minor detail.   The bus deposited us at the entrance of Da Nang International Airport, and wow! I was instantly struck by how modern and aesthetically pleasing the airport was. The air even smelled…expensive! It was a genuinely happy experience, starting with the incredibly clean and well-stocked restrooms. They even had a generous supply of toiletries! I wanted to snap a picture, but we were already in the immigration area, where phones are a no-no. Our trip to Puerto Princesa Palawan takes an hour and 15 minutes from Manila.  We were able to book a promo flight from Cebu Pacific last year and its a fairly amazing choice. We arrived at NAIA 3 as early as 3 hours before our flight just to be sure that there won't be any delays.  Around 4pm we arrived at Puerto Princesa Airport with much excitement.
