Day 5 - Hanoi: A Mix of Culture and Comfort  Today was supposed to be a chill day, a much-needed break from all the walking tours we've had. But the Hanoi weather was just too good to pass up, so we decided to squeeze in one more tourist spot! At 9 AM, I woke up to the delicious aroma of banh mi and pho for breakfast. After savoring every bite and resting a while, I freshened up around noon, ready for whatever the day held. By 1 PM, we had booked a Grab and were off to the Temple of Literature. This ancient temple, dedicated to Confucius, is Vietnam's first national university. Walking through its serene courtyards and admiring the intricate architecture was a beautiful experience, a peaceful step back in time. After soaking in all that history, our stomachs started rumbling. All those days of pho and banh mi had me craving something different – fried chicken! Day 5: The Wind's Got the Sunshine Girls Number (But We're Still Smiling)   The rain, our nemesis from the previous day, had decided to make a grand entrance into our Siquijor adventure. It poured relentlessly throughout the night, leaving us stranded in our hotel room, our hopes of returning to Dumaguete dashed once again. We woke up at 4 AM to the sound of angry rain drumming on the windowpane, and the ferry website remained stubbornly silent, offering no updates. The sunshine girls, our internal cheer squad, were starting to lose their pep.   "Let's just order breakfast and eat in our room," sighed one of the girls, her voice tinged with disappointment.   "No way," I countered, "It's too depressing to eat in the room. Let's go to the cafeteria. Maybe the sunshine girls will get inspired by the fresh air."   So, with a glimmer of hope flickering in our hearts, we ordered coffee and breakfast at 8 AM. As we sat...
