Siquijor 2025 Travel Blog: BuCafe 2.0 - A Must-Visit!
 
Hey everyone! So, my trip to Siquijor was amazing, but one place totally stole the show: BuCafe! Seriously, visiting BuCafe was a highlight of my whole trip.
 
When I first arrived in Siquijor, I was blown away by how peaceful BuCafe's location is. Picture this: nestled on a mountaintop, overlooking endless lush forest and a turquoise sea. Even with a typhoon brewing (yes, really!), the location was incredibly calming. Remember my previous visit? I was right – the food is affordable, the staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious! That's why, when planning my return trip, BuCafe was at the top of my list. I even insisted we go there on our very first day! It was already in our itinerary, thankfully.
 
After exploring Pitogo Cliff, we were starving and it was almost lunchtime. Perfect timing for BuCafe! The 30-minute drive was totally worth it. I was so surprised to find a brand-new BuCafe – Version 2.0! This new building is much higher up than the original location. Apparently, the old BuCafe is being renovated into the owner's new house.
 
This Version 2.0 is incredible! It's so much bigger and more spacious. The design is stunning – seriously Instagram-worthy! And get this – the food, service, and staff are even better than before! They've added more staff to handle the larger space, more tables, and everything still has that beautiful, aesthetic vibe. Those amazing spider-shaped seats overlooking the lush forest and the sea? Still there, and even more breathtaking!
 
When we visited, the weather was perfect – calm and sunny. I instantly fell in love with the place. BuCafe truly shines on a beautiful day. If you're ever in Siquijor, you absolutely HAVE to check it out. It's a must-visit!

Tokyo Disneyland: A Delicious Detour to Eastside Cafe – March 10, 2025   Post-parade, our stomachs were rumbling louder than any rollercoaster. We were starving! The problem? Disneyland was packed, and every restaurant had a wait time that rivaled the lines for Space Mountain. But our resourceful Ate and Kuya remembered a hidden gem near the entrance: Eastside Cafe.   This table-service restaurant, tucked away in World Bazaar, promised a welcome respite from the park's frenetic energy. Tiki Room Adventure: A Surprisingly Fun Disney Break!   Okay, so picture this: we're buzzing from all the Disney magic, ready to tackle some rides. But hold up! The app shows hour-long waits for everything popular. We're not about that life. We need a strategic break, a Disney pit stop if you will.   That's where the Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents "Aloha E KOMO Mai!" swooped in to save the day. Only a 15-minute wait? Sold! The Adventureland location was a bonus – a little escape from the main hustle. The waiting area was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of seats. They even offered translation devices for non-English speakers – seriously impressed!   Stepping into the Tiki Room felt like entering a mini-theater.
