Siquijor to Dumaguete: Faith Healer & Farewell Island Vibes!
 
Okay, so after our ridiculously amazing stay at Kawayan Holiday Resort (seriously, go!), we ticked off another Siquijor must-do: a visit to a Faith Healer! For those who don't know, this involves traditional healing practices in Siquijor, where healers cleanse negative energy.
 
We arrived around 2 PM and met one of these incredible healers. She performed a traditional Pausok – a cleansing ritual involving smoke and a 30-minute massage, followed by a palm reading. The whole thing cost 300 pesos, and it was such a unique and interesting experience. I'm not sure if it actually cleansed my negative energy, but it was incredibly relaxing!
 
After the Faith Healer session, we headed back to our hotel to check out. Then, it was time for the next step in our adventure: securing our ferry tickets back to Dumaguete. We got our tickets around 4:30 PM, and since we had a little time for lunch, we grabbed a bite at the famous Joel's Carinderia – highly recommend checking it out if you're ever in Siquijor!
 
At 4:30 PM sharp, we boarded the Dumaguete-bound RORO boat. Saying goodbye to Siquijor was bittersweet – it was truly magical! This island is definitely one I'll be visiting again and again. It's one of those places that just leaves a lasting impression.
 
Our trip back to Dumaguete was super smooth. The waves were calm, and we got to enjoy a breathtaking sunset over Dumaguete. The boat ride took about an hour, and once we arrived in Dumaguete, we were already buzzing with excitement for our next adventure!

Tokyo Disneyland: A Delicious Detour to Eastside Cafe – March 10, 2025   Post-parade, our stomachs were rumbling louder than any rollercoaster. We were starving! The problem? Tiki Room Adventure: A Surprisingly Fun Disney Break!   Okay, so picture this: we're buzzing from all the Disney magic, ready to tackle some rides. But hold up! The app shows hour-long waits for everything popular. We're not about that life. We need a strategic break, a Disney pit stop if you will.   That's where the Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents "Aloha E KOMO Mai!" swooped in to save the day. Only a 15-minute wait? Sold! The Adventureland location was a bonus – a little escape from the main hustle. The waiting area was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of seats. They even offered translation devices for non-English speakers – seriously impressed!   Stepping into the Tiki Room felt like entering a mini-theater.
