L Cafe Restobar: Sunset, Matcha, and Amazing Vibes (Sijiujor Day 1)
 
Okay, so Day 1 in Sijiujor was supposed to be all about that famous sunset, right? We checked into RCM Ecolodge, had a quick refresh, and I was pumped for the beach. But then, 5:30 pm rolls around, the sky's looking seriously gloomy, and my friends are all about that nap life. Sunset seemed like a no-go. I was bummed, but then, BAM! The sun peeked through the clouds! I practically dragged the boys out – the girls were stubbornly committed to sleep – because, seriously, who sleeps on a potential sunset like that?kip
UFinding transport in the RCM Ecolodge area proved a bit tricky, especially with a sunset deadline looming. Tricycles were scarce, so we initially struggled to find a ride. Eventually, we managed to secure a shared ride with a friendly foreigner who agreed to whisk us to L Cafe.
 
This place is seriously located in the best spot. Right on the tourism road, it's basically the place to catch the sunset. And the view? Forget about it. Their spider seats – these awesome little hanging chairs – overlook the ocean. It's ridiculously picturesque. The whole aesthetic is just… chef’s kiss.
 
They have a pretty diverse menu, covering everything from food to coffee and drinks. They even had a live band playing, and the lighting at night is absolutely stunning. Imagine this: you're sipping on a drink, listening to live music, with the ocean stretching out before you. Pure magic.
 
I ordered a matcha latte, which was pretty good, especially paired with the matcha donut we'd grabbed earlier. Honestly, the latte could use a tiny bit of an upgrade, but honestly, who cares when you're surrounded by this view?
 
As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in these crazy colors, we were all snapping photos like crazy. We ended up staying until the cafe lights came on and the band really got going. The atmosphere was so cozy and relaxed, just perfect for catching up with friends. We talked, and just enjoyed the moment.
 
Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better end to the day. Safe travels, amazing friends, and a breathtaking sunset – I'm already counting down the days until our next trip!

Tokyo Disneyland: A Delicious Detour to Eastside Cafe – March 10, 2025   Post-parade, our stomachs were rumbling louder than any rollercoaster. We were starving! The problem? Disneyland was packed, and every restaurant had a wait time that rivaled the lines for Space Mountain. Tiki Room Adventure: A Surprisingly Fun Disney Break!   Okay, so picture this: we're buzzing from all the Disney magic, ready to tackle some rides. But hold up! The app shows hour-long waits for everything popular. We're not about that life. We need a strategic break, a Disney pit stop if you will.   That's where the Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents "Aloha E KOMO Mai!" swooped in to save the day. Only a 15-minute wait? Sold! The Adventureland location was a bonus – a little escape from the main hustle. The waiting area was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of seats.
