Day 5 - Da Nang Vietnam Travel Diary: Bana Hills - Louvre Station -Conquering Ba Na Hills and a Parisian Escape

Chào everyone! Today was all about escaping the Vietnamese heat and embracing a little bit of Europe, right here in Da Nang! We took a trip up to Ba Na Hills, and let me tell you, it was an experience.
Our day started at 9:30 AM as we hopped on the cable car at Bordeaux Station. Now, Ba Na Hills is known for its stunning views and the famous Golden Bridge, but I was particularly excited about visiting the Louvre Station. Yes, you read that right! A little slice of Paris nestled high in the Vietnamese mountains.

The cable car ride itself was breathtaking. As we ascended, the views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery were simply incredible. It's amazing how quickly the temperature drops as you gain altitude – a welcome change from the humidity down below!
Finally, we arrived at the Louvre Station, and I was immediately transported to Europe. The architecture is incredible, a faithful recreation of Parisian design. The centerpiece, of course, is the Louvre Pyramid, a stunning glass structure that mirrors its Parisian counterpart.
I spent a good hour wandering around, soaking in the atmosphere. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the ornate facades to the meticulously crafted statues. I even stumbled upon a replica of Napoleon's ballroom, complete with chandeliers and period furniture. It felt surreal to be standing in a Parisian ballroom with a Vietnamese mountain range as the backdrop.

Of course, no visit is complete without taking advantage of the photo opportunities. I filmed a bunch of TikTok videos, channeling my inner Parisian influencer. I even found this amazing art decoration – a long gown made entirely of roses! It was the perfect spot for a photo shoot, and the best part was, there were almost no other tourists around. It felt like I had the whole place to myself, a truly exclusive experience.

But what is there to see in Louvre Station in Ba Na Hills? Well, it's not just about the architecture (though that's a huge part of it). It's about the experience. It's about feeling like you've stepped into another world, a world of elegance and sophistication. It's about the stunning views, the crisp mountain air, and the sense of wonder that comes with exploring such a unique place.

I was particularly impressed by the architectural details. The designers really nailed the Parisian aesthetic, creating a space that feels both authentic and fantastical. I spent ages admiring the intricate carvings, the elegant arches, and the overall sense of grandeur.
While wandering, I even saw a couple having their wedding pictorial taken! Talk about a romantic location. The stunning architecture and breathtaking views made for the perfect backdrop.

Leaving the Louvre Station, I felt like I'd had a truly unique experience. Ba Na Hills is more than just a theme park; it's a place where cultures collide, where fantasy becomes reality, and where you can escape the everyday.
If you're ever in Da Nang, make sure to add Ba Na Hills to your itinerary. And when you do, don't forget to visit the Louvre Station. It's a little piece of Paris you won't want to miss.
